Drei Abschnitte, die ineinandergreifen. Dass sie im selben Haus stattfinden, ist kein Werbesatz: Wer den Layouter fragen kann, ob sich etwas so fertigen lässt, spart die Schleife, in der sonst zwei Firmen aneinander vorbeireden.
Three stages that interlock. That they happen in the same building is not a slogan: being able to ask the layout engineer whether something can actually be built saves the loop in which two companies otherwise talk past each other.

Software dicht an der Hardware
Software close to the hardware
Die Schaltung allein tut nichts. Wir schreiben die Firmware dazu – optimiertes C und C++, Funkstacks für UWB und Bluetooth, dazu die Anbindung an Anwendungen auf iOS und Android.
A circuit on its own does nothing. We write the firmware to go with it – optimised C and C++, radio stacks for UWB and Bluetooth, plus the link to applications on iOS and Android.

Der Maschinenpark
The machine park
Wir bestücken maskenlos. Die Druckdaten entstehen aus den Gerber-Daten, und die Leiterplatte wird direkt bedruckt – deshalb ist eine Expressfertigung in 24 Stunden überhaupt möglich. Eine Schablone müsste erst gefertigt werden.
We assemble without stencils. The print data come from the Gerber files and go straight onto the board – which is what makes 24-hour express production possible at all. A stencil would have to be made first.
