ICPROX besteht aus zwei Hälften, die sich einzeln einführen und später verbinden lassen: ICPROX-N in der Halle und ICPROX-P am Fahrzeug. Eine vierte Antenne an der Steuereinheit macht ein P-Fahrzeug zum Teilnehmer im N-Netz – dann reagiert es auch auf Gefahrenpunkte und Tore.

ICPROX consists of two halves that can be introduced separately and linked later: ICPROX-N in the building and ICPROX-P on the vehicle. A fourth antenna on the control unit makes a P vehicle a participant in the N network – it then also responds to danger points and gates.

Module an Kreuzungen, Toren und Gefahrenstellen erkennen Fahrzeuge per Ultra-Breitband in einem einstellbaren Umkreis und reagieren sofort – mit Leuchte, Hupe oder Schranke vor Ort und mit einer Reduktionsanforderung ans Fahrzeug. Zwischen Halle und Fahrzeug liegt nie ein Kabel.

Modules at junctions, gates and hazardous locations detect vehicles by ultra-wideband within an adjustable radius and react immediately – with a beacon, a horn or a barrier on site, and with a reduction request to the vehicle. There is never a cable between building and vehicle.

Rüstet ein Fahrzeug später auf ICPROX-P um, hat sein 4R2I dort ausgedient – in der Halle arbeitet es als SPOT oder GATE einfach weiter. Verloren ist nichts, es wechselt nur den Platz.

If a vehicle later moves up to ICPROX-P, its 4R2I has served its purpose there – in the building it simply carries on as a SPOT or a GATE. Nothing is wasted, it only changes place.

Antennen am Fahrzeug messen laufend den Abstand zu jedem Tag ringsum – getragen von Personen, angebaut an anderen Fahrzeugen oder an AGV. Aus Abstand und Richtung leitet die Steuereinheit die Reduktionsstufe ab. ICPROX-P erkennt Personen – das ist der entscheidende Unterschied zu einer reinen Infrastrukturanlage.

Antennas on the vehicle continuously measure the distance to every tag around it – worn by people, fitted to other vehicles or to AGVs. From distance and direction the control unit derives the reduction level. ICPROX-P detects people – the decisive difference from an infrastructure-only installation.
