- 8MB NOR flash
- 256MB NAND flash, optionally up to 4GB
- integrated 10/100 MBit Ethernet PHY
- voltage regulators for 1.8V core voltage, 2.5V DDR2 RAM, 3.3V IO (input voltage 3.3V-5V)
- all peripherals are available on connectors
- SODIMM-200 form factor (2.5V version)
- temperature range -40°C – +85°C
- optionally available with conformal coating
