The SIGNALduino stick combines our fully Arduino-compatible radino CC1101 radio module with the handy format of a USB stick.

The SIGNALduino stick is available with a 433 or 868MHz radio front end. The microcontroller used is the Atmega 32U4 processor with an 8MHz clock frequency. The RF transceiver is the CC1101 from Texas Instruments (433 / 868MHz).

With the appropriate firmware, numerous radio protocols can be transmitted and received. This allows various sensors and actuators to be read out and controlled, for example via an FHEM server.

The SIGNALduino stick behaves like an Arduino Micro and can therefore be programmed via the Arduino IDE. The SIGNALduino stick comes preloaded with the SIGNALDuino_radinoCC1101 firmware.

To reprogram the SIGNALDuino stick, it must be put into bootloader mode by “double-clicking” the reset button. (Bootloader mode is indicated by fading of the status LED)

Features:

  • Arduino compatible (Atmega 32U4 processor, 8MHz)
  • CC1101 transceiver (433 or 868MHz)
